ERP Project Manager

Overview

The ERP Project Manager will be responsible for leading the ERP Improvement Plan for a client in Glasgow, ensuring that the project runs smoothly through either waterfall or agile methodologies as needed. This role involves close collaboration with a dedicated team and stakeholders to maintain accountability, track progress, and swiftly address challenges. The successful candidate will have proven experience in ERP project management and will thrive in a dynamic environment, adapting their approach to meet the project's demands.

Responsibilities

• Own the ERP Improvement plan end to end, including scope, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Run a mix of waterfall and agile methodologies to ensure effective project delivery.
• Keep the team and stakeholders accountable to the project plan, tracking progress and resolving issues quickly.
• Report on status, risks, and decisions to leadership regularly.

Requirements

• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ERP project management experience.
• Familiarity with both waterfall and agile methodologies.
• Highly structured, organized, and capable of adhering to a project plan.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Infor CloudSuite M3 is a bonus.
