Overview
The ERP Project Manager will spearhead a critical ERP transformation initiative for a growing business, overseeing the implementation from start to finish. This role involves collaboration with senior leadership, stakeholders, and implementation partners to ensure the project's success, driving significant business transformation rather than merely a technology deployment.
Responsibilities
- Lead a full end-to-end ERP implementation programme.
- Own governance, project planning, reporting, and programme controls.
- Manage executive stakeholders and Steering Committee meetings.
- Hold implementation partners and third-party vendors accountable.
- Coordinate business and technical workstreams.
- Oversee integrations, data migration, testing, cutover, and go-live.
- Drive business readiness, user adoption, and organisational change.
- Manage risks, issues, and programme dependencies throughout delivery.
Requirements
- Delivered multiple full-cycle ERP implementations.
- Experience within manufacturing, distribution, or product-based businesses.
- Strong executive stakeholder management skills.
- Track record of leading third-party implementation partners.
- Experience delivering business transformation programmes, not just IT projects.
- Hands-on experience across data migration, testing, and go-live activities.
- Desirable: Previous SYSPRO implementation experience.
- Desirable: Experience delivering ERP programmes across UK and international operations.
