Overview

We are seeking an experienced ERP Project/Programme Manager to lead a critical ERP implementation for a growing business. This role involves overseeing the end-to-end delivery of the project, collaborating closely with senior leadership, business stakeholders, and implementation partners to ensure successful completion. The Project Manager will drive business transformation efforts while managing multiple stakeholders and mitigating risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a full end-to-end ERP implementation programme.
  • Own governance, project planning, reporting and programme controls.
  • Manage executive stakeholders and Steering Committee meetings.
  • Hold implementation partners and third-party vendors accountable.
  • Coordinate business and technical workstreams.
  • Oversee integrations, data migration, testing, cutover and go-live.
  • Drive business readiness, user adoption, and organisational change.
  • Manage risks, issues and programme dependencies throughout delivery.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience delivering multiple full-cycle ERP implementations.
  • Knowledge of industry practices within manufacturing, distribution, or product-based businesses.
  • Strong skills in managing executive stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of leading third-party implementation partners.
  • Experience in delivering business transformation programmes beyond IT projects.
  • Hands-on expertise in data migration, testing, and go-live activities.
  • Desirable: Familiarity with SYSPRO implementation.
  • Experience with ERP programmes across UK and international operations.
