Overview
We are seeking an experienced Executive Transformation Lead to spearhead a significant enterprise transformation from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA. This executive-level role requires a strategic leader who will serve as the key interface between senior stakeholders and the delivery team, driving the transformation effort and ensuring successful outcomes. Responsibilities
- Act as the executive lead for the SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA transformation.
- Build trusted relationships with C-suite stakeholders and programme sponsors.
- Shape the overall delivery strategy and governance framework.
- Assemble and lead a multidisciplinary delivery team.
- Provide strategic leadership across technology, business change and programme delivery.
- Oversee programme outcomes, commercial performance, risk and successful execution.
- Create an environment where delivery teams can perform at their best and transformation objectives are achieved.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience leading complex SAP S/4HANA transformations.
- Strong background in building and managing high-performing teams.
- Ability to influence executive stakeholders and shape delivery strategies.
- Experience in establishing governance frameworks for large-scale transformations.
- Proven track record of successful execution of major technology change programmes.
