Overview
The Finance Business Analyst will engage with various stakeholders, including Project Managers and Solution Architecture teams, to facilitate a significant transformation in International Cash and Treasury Management. This role focuses on analyzing existing processes and defining future requirements to ensure successful delivery of transformation initiatives, effectively bridging business needs with technology solutions.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and document current ('As-Is') and future ('To-Be') Treasury processes and data flows.
- Lead requirements gathering sessions and facilitate workshops with key business stakeholders.
- Produce high-quality Business Analyst documentation including Functional Specification Documents (FSDs).
- Support the assessment and improvement of cash reporting, forecasting, and treasury processes.
- Review current systems landscape and identify tactical improvements and opportunities.
- Work with Solution Architecture teams to align business requirements with solution design.
- Support change activities including impact assessments, communications, training materials, and stakeholder engagement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Treasury/Cash Management transformation.
- Strong background in finance process analysis and improvement.
- Expertise in requirements gathering and stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in process mapping and documentation.
- Experience with business change and systems implementation.
- Familiarity with Treasury Management Systems and cash forecasting solutions is highly beneficial.
- Knowledge of bank feeds and payment processes.
