Overview

We are seeking a Senior Data Business Analyst (Finance) to support a major enterprise transformation programme, focusing on high-profile data solutions within the Finance and Customer domains. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with business stakeholders and technology teams to translate complex business requirements into scalable data models and reporting solutions. This hybrid role requires strong finance experience and is pivotal in ensuring successful delivery and integration of transformation initiatives into business operations.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex business requirements into scalable data solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technology teams to deliver enterprise-wide reporting solutions.
• Elicit requirements through workshops and stakeholder interviews.
• Define KPIs, business rules, and reporting standards.
• Support UAT, business validation, and sign-off processes.
• Develop logical data models and source system mappings.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Business Analysis within large-scale enterprise transformation programmes.
• Strong Finance domain experience, ideally in reporting or transformation initiatives.
• Proficient SQL skills for data interrogation and analysis.
• Experience mapping requirements to source system tables and fields.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across business and technical teams.
• Understanding of data modeling concepts and reporting standards.
