Overview
The Finance Data Lead will play a pivotal role in a global ERP transformation program, focusing on SAP S/4 Operations Finance. This role is designed for professionals with extensive experience in operations finance and data governance, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective data management and analytics. The position will require in-office presence three days a week under a hybrid working model.
Responsibilities
- Lead data governance initiatives to ensure high-quality master data management.
- Implement data harmonisation processes for improved data quality.
- Support the global deployment of SAP S/4HANA through effective data strategies.
- Conduct product costing and inventory valuation analyses.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define enterprise data standards.
- Facilitate data migration activities to transition to new systems.
- Communicate effectively with teams across the organization to align data objectives.
Requirements
- Significant experience in Operations Finance with a focus on Master Data and Data Governance.
- Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA and its deployment within organizations.
- Proven knowledge of Product Costing, Inventory Valuation, and Material Ledger processes.
- Experience with data quality initiatives and data analytics.
- A background in Life Sciences or Pharmaceuticals is highly desirable.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
