The Finance Project Manager will oversee a significant finance transformation programme within a leading international law firm, focusing on the implementation of enterprise e-invoicing and treasury reporting enhancements. The contractor will collaborate with finance, technology, and data teams to ensure successful project delivery across multiple international locations while managing governance, third-party suppliers, and project documentation. This role requires immediate engagement, ideally suited for professionals with a strong background in finance system implementations and project management.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of enterprise e-invoicing across multiple offices.
  • Manage the transformation of treasury reporting processes.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, governance documents, and RAID logs.
  • Collaborate with finance, technology, and data teams to ensure project alignment.
  • Coordinate with third-party suppliers to facilitate successful project execution.
  • Drive the projects through to go-live, ensuring all milestones are met.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in finance transformation programmes.
  • Expertise in ERP or finance systems implementations.
  • Experience with treasury or financial reporting projects.
  • Knowledge of e-invoicing, AP automation, or Procure-to-Pay (P2P) projects.
  • Ability to manage project plans, governance, and stakeholder communications.
  • Experience in legal or professional services is a plus but not mandatory.
