Overview
The Finance Project Manager will oversee a significant finance transformation programme within a leading international law firm, focusing on the implementation of enterprise e-invoicing and treasury reporting enhancements. The contractor will collaborate with finance, technology, and data teams to ensure successful project delivery across multiple international locations while managing governance, third-party suppliers, and project documentation. This role requires immediate engagement, ideally suited for professionals with a strong background in finance system implementations and project management.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of enterprise e-invoicing across multiple offices.
- Manage the transformation of treasury reporting processes.
- Develop and maintain project plans, governance documents, and RAID logs.
- Collaborate with finance, technology, and data teams to ensure project alignment.
- Coordinate with third-party suppliers to facilitate successful project execution.
- Drive the projects through to go-live, ensuring all milestones are met.
Requirements
- Proven experience in finance transformation programmes.
- Expertise in ERP or finance systems implementations.
- Experience with treasury or financial reporting projects.
- Knowledge of e-invoicing, AP automation, or Procure-to-Pay (P2P) projects.
- Ability to manage project plans, governance, and stakeholder communications.
- Experience in legal or professional services is a plus but not mandatory.
