Overview
We are seeking an experienced Finance Solution Architect to contribute to a significant Workday transformation programme. The successful candidate will facilitate the development of future-state finance architecture by collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure business requirements are effectively transformed into efficient and scalable solutions. This role involves close interaction with Finance, Technology, and Business stakeholders to deliver best-in-class finance solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of finance solution architecture within a Workday environment.
- Partner with Finance, Technology, and Business stakeholders to define future-state processes and capabilities.
- Translate business requirements into robust, scalable solution designs.
- Provide expert guidance on Workday Financial Management, reporting, integrations, and data architecture.
- Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards and business objectives.
- Support implementation partners and internal delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and optimisation opportunities across finance systems and processes.
- Drive best practices across finance transformation and ERP architecture.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect within finance transformation programmes.
- Strong experience delivering one or more Workday implementations, ideally including Workday Financial Management.
- Deep understanding of finance processes, operating models, and finance systems.
- Experience designing integrations and managing data flows across enterprise applications.
- Strong knowledge of cloud-based ERP platforms and enterprise architecture principles.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
- Ability to engage effectively with senior business and technical stakeholders.
