Overview
The Finance Transformation Director will lead a significant finance and operational transformation initiative, shaping the strategy and driving the delivery of measurable business value. Working closely with senior stakeholders and global cross-functional teams, this role will focus on enhancing operational efficiency, modernising ERP systems, and implementing new technologies. The position is set for an 18-month project with a planned start date in early September.
Responsibilities
- Lead finance transformation programmes from strategy to delivery.
- Drive process improvement, standardisation, and automation across the finance function.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to shape and execute transformation roadmaps.
- Deliver finance systems, ERP cloud migration, and technology-enabled change initiatives.
- Establish effective governance, reporting, and risk management frameworks.
- Lead global cross-functional teams to achieve measurable business outcomes.
- Improve financial reporting, planning, and decision-making capabilities.

Requirements
- Proven experience in leading finance transformation efforts in consultancy or professional services.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems and cloud migration processes.
