Overview
The Finance Transformation Director will oversee a significant finance and operational transformation initiative within a global services organization. This role entails collaborating with senior stakeholders to define and execute a comprehensive transformation strategy, focusing on improving operational efficiencies, modernizing ERP systems, and integrating innovative technologies. The successful candidate will lead diverse teams to ensure the delivery of impactful business outcomes across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead finance transformation programmes from strategy through to delivery.
- Drive process improvement, standardisation and automation across the finance function.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to shape and execute transformation roadmaps.
- Deliver finance systems, ERP cloud migration and technology-enabled change initiatives.
- Establish effective governance, reporting and risk management frameworks.
- Lead global cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Improve financial reporting, planning and decision-making capabilities.
- Embed sustainable change and drive adoption across the organisation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in finance transformation within consultancy or professional services environments.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and cloud migration processes.
