Overview
This role involves leading a significant SAP S/4HANA transformation programme within a global professional services environment. The successful contractor will collaborate with senior leaders and diverse teams to ensure the delivery aligns with strategic outcomes, leveraging expertise in transformation and change management across a multi-year initiative.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of a global SAP S/4HANA transformation programme.
- Engage with senior stakeholders and boards to align outcomes with business strategy.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams and manage vendors, contracts, and performance.
- Ensure robust governance, risk management, and stakeholder reporting.
- Promote change adoption and deliver sustainable, compliant solutions across regions.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading large scale SAP transformations, including S/4HANA, in global, highly regulated environments.
- Strong functional and technical SAP knowledge, with hands-on migration and integration experience.
- Proven ability to influence at board level and manage complex stakeholder landscapes.
- Track record of leading cross-functional teams and third-party delivery partners.
- Expertise in change management, process improvement, and regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, SOX, ISO).
- A background in accounting or finance (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent experience) is highly advantageous.
