Overview
We are looking for a qualified Commercial FP&A Manager / Transformation Specialist to oversee a finance transformation project for a rapidly growing SME. This role will involve modernizing the finance function, focusing on reducing manual processes and implementing automations in reporting. The successful candidate will work closely with various stakeholders to enhance financial insights and reporting efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Lead the redesign of monthly reporting processes to enhance speed and accuracy.
- Build and implement dashboarding and self-service reporting solutions using Power BI.
- Drive improvements in budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling for financial statements.
- Partner with budget holders and senior leadership to translate financial data into actionable insights.
- Standardize reporting definitions and templates to support ongoing automation initiatives.
Requirements
- ACA / ACCA qualified with a strong background in FP&A or commercial finance.
- Proven experience in FP&A transformation and automated reporting processes.
- Advanced Excel skills, including modeling and Power Query capabilities.
- Strong proficiency in Power BI, including dashboard creation and data modeling.
- Experience in SME environments, demonstrating a hands-on and delivery-focused approach.
