Overview
We are looking for a Commercial FP&A Manager / Transformation Specialist to lead a finance transformation program for a rapidly growing SME on an interim basis. This role focuses on modernizing the finance function by reducing manual processes and implementing automation in reporting cycles, collaborating closely with budget holders and senior leadership to drive financial insights and improvements.
Responsibilities
- Lead the redesign of monthly reporting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Build and implement dashboarding and self-service reporting solutions using Power BI.
- Drive improvements to budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling across financial statements.
- Partner with stakeholders to translate financial data into actionable insights.
- Standardize reporting definitions and templates to support automation initiatives.
- Foster collaboration within the finance team and with senior leadership for effective decision-making.
Requirements
- ACA or ACCA qualified with a strong background in FP&A or commercial finance.
- Demonstrated experience in FP&A transformation and automated reporting processes.
- Advanced Excel skills, including modeling and Power Query capabilities.
- Proficient in Power BI for creating models and dashboards.
- Hands-on experience in an SME environment, with a focus on practical and measurable process improvements.
