Overview
The Commercial Manager will play a pivotal role in the infrastructure division of a rapidly growing company, focusing on the development of sustainable water infrastructure for key clients in the sector. Responsibilities
- Manage cost value reconciliations (CVRs) for infrastructure projects.
- Oversee cost management and monthly valuations for project financials.
- Lead subcontract management and change management processes.
- Provide detailed commercial reporting to senior management.
- Support and mentor a small team of commercial professionals.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful delivery of infrastructure schemes.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Manager in water, civil engineering, or infrastructure sectors.
- Strong background in managing commercial aspects of major projects with main contractors.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Full UK driver's license.
