Overview
The Freelance HEOR Consultant/HTA Statistician will collaborate with a global life sciences consultancy to deliver advanced analytics and evidence synthesis for pharmaceutical and biotech clients. The role focuses on leading evidence synthesis projects and executing statistical analyses while contributing to methodological innovation and thought leadership within the field.
Responsibilities
- Lead and conduct advanced evidence synthesis projects including network meta-analyses and indirect treatment comparisons.
- Design and execute statistical analyses across clinical trial and real-world data.
- Develop and review systematic literature reviews and feasibility assessments.
- Apply advanced quantitative methodologies such as meta-regression and surrogate outcome assessments.
- Contribute to methodological innovation and continuous improvement initiatives in analytics and evidence synthesis.
Requirements
- Master's or PhD in Statistics, Biostatistics, Health Economics, Mathematics, or another quantitative discipline.
- Hands-on experience in delivering HTA and evidence synthesis projects within a consultancy or CRO.
- Strong knowledge of statistical software including R, Python, SAS, WinBugs, and Stata.
