Overview
This Freelance HEOR Consultant role focuses on executing advanced analytics and evidence synthesis for a global life sciences consultancy. The consultant will collaborate with pharmaceutical and biotech organizations to support market access and health economics projects, contributing expert statistical analyses and methodological innovation. This role is remote, allowing flexible working arrangements across the UK and Europe.
Responsibilities
- Lead and conduct advanced evidence synthesis projects including network meta-analyses (NMAs) and indirect treatment comparisons (ITCs).
- Design and execute statistical analyses on clinical trial and real-world data, including survival analyses and regression-based methodologies.
- Develop and review systematic literature review outputs and network diagrams.
- Apply advanced quantitative methodologies such as meta-regression and simulated treatment comparisons.
- Contribute to thought leadership and continuous improvement in advanced analytics and evidence synthesis projects.
Requirements
- Master's or PhD in Statistics, Biostatistics, Health Economics, or a quantitative discipline.
- Hands-on experience in HTA, evidence synthesis, or advanced analytics projects within a consultancy or CRO.
- Strong knowledge of statistical software/tools, specifically R, Python, SAS, or Stata.
- Familiarity with methodologies related to health economics and market access.
