Overview
We are looking for a Freelance Marketing Project Manager / Producer proficient in Greek and English to support our financial services clients targeting institutional investors in the UK and Southern Europe. In this role, you will coordinate the production and delivery of marketing materials, ensuring high-quality standards and seamless communication across bilingual content. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and account management, along with exceptional project management skills to handle multiple workstreams effectively.
Responsibilities
- Manage the creation of marketing deliverables, including videos, presentations, and website content in both Greek and English.
- Act as the quality control point for all marketing assets before delivery.
- Coordinate project timelines and oversee client feedback throughout the project lifecycle.
- Work closely with the account services team to ensure deliverables meet professional standards.
- Provide final reviews of marketing materials to maintain continuity and professionalism.
- Ensure timely delivery of all marketing assets while managing multiple projects concurrently.
- Maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams to support project execution.
Requirements
- Fluency in both Greek and English, with a professional standard of written and spoken communication.
- A minimum of 3 years experience in marketing, content, communications, or account management.
- Proven track record in project management, particularly within the financial services sector.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Experience in producing a variety of marketing materials, including digital content and presentations.
- Familiarity with quality control processes for marketing deliverables.
- Ability to start immediately and provide weekly availability through Q3 and Q4.
