Overview
We are seeking a Freelance Senior Project Manager to join a fast-growing creative agency for an initial 3-month contract. In this pivotal role, the successful candidate will leverage their extensive experience to manage the delivery of a major integrated consumer campaign for a global brand. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards while maintaining strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the delivery of large-scale integrated campaigns across various media channels.
- Collaborate with Business Directors, Creative teams, and Production to ensure project alignment and efficiency.
- Manage multiple workstreams, serving as the central coordination point throughout the campaign process.
- Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and resource allocations while maintaining project momentum.
- Identify challenges proactively and drive solutions within multidisciplinary teams.
- Engage with senior clients and agency leadership to strengthen stakeholder relationships.
- Navigate complex approval processes and governance structures effectively.
- Maintain high organizational standards and attention to detail throughout all project phases.
Requirements
- 8+ years of project management experience within integrated creative, digital, or advertising agencies.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale 360 consumer campaigns.
- Strong understanding of campaign delivery across film, digital, social, and paid media.
- Demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary teams and external production partners.
- Excellent commercial awareness with budget management and forecasting experience.
- Outstanding stakeholder management skills, particularly with senior clients.
- Experience working with complex approval processes and multi-market programs.
- Highly organized with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
