Responsibilities

• Manage cost variations and reports (CVRs) for projects.
• Oversee subcontract management and change management processes.
• Conduct monthly valuations and prepare commercial reports.
• Collaborate with a small commercial team on project deliverables.
• Ensure effective cost management across infrastructure projects.
• Support the development of sustainable infrastructure solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Commercial Manager/SQS in civil engineering or infrastructure sectors.
• Background with main contractors in the water or infrastructure industries.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Full UK driver's license required.
• Experience managing a commercial team is preferred.
