Overview
We are seeking a skilled Freshworks Technical Consultant to support various Freshservice implementations for enterprise clients. In this remote position, you will be part of a specialist team that focuses on delivering high-quality ITSM and ESM solutions while engaging directly with clients to understand their unique needs. This hands-on role involves the configuration and integration of Freshservice solutions, ensuring successful project outcomes and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and deploy Freshservice solutions adhering to best practices.
- Build automations, workflows, and integrations using Freshworks APIs and custom scripts.
- Conduct system health checks, troubleshoot technical issues, and formulate optimisation plans.
- Deliver technical documentation and support user enablement and training activities.
- Collaborate directly with client stakeholders to gather requirements and validate solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in delivering Freshworks implementations, particularly Freshservice or Freshdesk.
- Strong understanding of ITSM frameworks, specifically ITIL, and their application within Freshservice.
- Technical proficiency in JavaScript, custom app development within Freshworks, and REST APIs.
- Experience in workflow automation and workspace configuration.
- Ability to work independently in dynamic project environments.
