Overview
We are seeking multiple Full-Stack AI Engineers to join an established UAE-based AI consultancy that specializes in building advanced investment-grade AI systems. The engineers will work remotely to design and implement production systems that enhance various phases of the investment lifecycle, collaborating with a team focused on deploying innovative solutions in live enterprise environments.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy production-grade AI systems tailored for investment environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine AI-powered solutions for due diligence and risk monitoring.
- Implement advanced techniques for document processing, including OCR and document intelligence.
- Optimize retrieval architectures and chunking strategies for effective information management.
- Ensure seamless deployment of scalable applications in cloud environments using Kubernetes.
- Design workflows that leverage agentic AI technologies, such as LangGraph and Azure OpenAI.
- Continuously improve existing AI systems based on performance feedback and evolving requirements.
Requirements
- Strong experience in full-stack development with React/Next.js and Python.
- Proven track record in building and deploying production RAG systems.
- Hands-on expertise with cloud platforms like Azure and vector databases.
- Experience with document processing technologies and multimodal extraction.
- Familiarity with agentic workflows and advanced search architectures.
- Prior involvement in financial services, particularly in private markets or investment management.
- Ability to work in a fully remote environment and collaborate with international teams.
