Full Stack Engineer

Overview

The Full Stack Engineer will play a crucial role in delivering a greenfield project for a leading Ecommerce client, focusing on personalisation and machine learning. The contractor will work within an agile team alongside engineers, product owners, and business analysts to develop innovative systems and ensure efficient product delivery. This position involves both coding and collaborative knowledge sharing, contributing to the overall project success.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to planning and development of systems and platforms as part of an agile team.
• Collaborate with engineers, product owners, and business analysts to define solutions and improve workflows.
• Review code and offer technical support to team members.
• Design and build Node.js/GraphQL APIs.

Requirements

• Possess senior level experience in modern JavaScript, Typescript, Node.js, and React.
• Demonstrate strong experience with Azure, including SQS.
• Have proficiency in machine learning, Python, and SQL.
• Experience with personalisation or recommendation systems is a plus.
