Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Functional Consultant specializing in Dynamics 365 Sales and Business Central to join a high-profile transformation project. The successful candidate will collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure seamless integration of CRM and ERP systems, focusing on optimizing processes and aligning with Dynamics best practices. This role is hybrid and offers the opportunity to lead significant improvements in the quote-to-cash lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end process discovery across the commercial lifecycle, from opportunity to service fulfillment.
- Design and optimize the product catalogue, pricing models, and quoting processes within Dynamics 365 Sales.
- Translate business requirements into functional designs aligned with platform capabilities.
- Define and document current and future-state process maps and functional requirements.
- Support data migration activities, ensuring clean and scalable data models.
- Lead user acceptance testing and support cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience with end-to-end Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations.
- Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Sales (CRM), particularly in product catalogue design and quoting processes.
- Deep understanding of quote-to-cash (Q2C) processes across CRM and ERP.
- Experience designing and supporting CRM-ERP integrations, specifically between Dynamics 365 Sales and Business Central.
- Strong capabilities in functional design documentation and process improvement.
- Experience migrating data from legacy systems to Dynamics 365.
