Overview
We are looking for a Senior Functional Consultant specializing in Dynamics 365 Sales and Business Central to lead a high-profile transformation program from a legacy ERP system. The contractor will drive the integration and optimization of CRM and ERP systems, shaping the end-to-end quote-to-cash process and ensuring adherence to best practices. This role involves collaboration with technical and project teams to deliver scalable solutions and successful implementation across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end process discovery for the quote-to-cash lifecycle.
- Design and optimize product catalogues, pricing models, and quoting processes.
- Translate business requirements into functional designs and documentation.
- Support data migration activities, ensuring clean and scalable data models.
- Manage and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Drive process improvement and automation initiatives using Dynamics capabilities.
- Engage with stakeholders across business and IT to ensure the alignment of processes and tools.
- Support cutover and go-live activities to ensure business readiness.
Requirements
- Proven experience in delivering Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations.
- Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Sales (CRM) focusing on product catalog, pricing, and quoting processes.
- In-depth knowledge of quote-to-cash (Q2C) processes across CRM and ERP.
- Experience with Business Central modules such as Finance, Sales & Purchasing, and Service Management.
- Demonstrated ability in designing and supporting CRM-ERP integrations.
- Strong functional design, documentation, and process improvement skills.
- Ability to engage and manage stakeholders effectively.
- Experience in migrating from legacy systems to Dynamics solutions.
