Overview
We are seeking a GenAI Lead on a contract basis to leverage strong hands-on expertise in developing and deploying AI/ML/LLM solutions. In this remote role, you will be responsible for designing GenAI architectures and leading the model development process, while also implementing AI use cases across the organization in collaboration with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Design GenAI architectures and ensure effective implementation.
- Lead end-to-end model development for AI/ML/LLM solutions.
- Drive AI use-case implementation across the organization.
- Build AI pipelines, agents, and automation workflows.
- Utilize vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, and Chroma.
- Conduct prompt engineering and fine-tuning of models.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and lead technical teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience with large language models (OpenAI, Gemini, Llama).
- Expertise in prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
- Strong knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma).
- Experience in building AI pipelines and automation workflows.
- Proficiency in Python, LangChain, and ML Ops tooling.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams effectively.
