Overview
We are seeking a highly knowledgeable and detail-oriented Global Mobility Consultant to support effective and compliant management of employee delegations abroad and provide assistance to international employees traveling to the UK. In this role, you will be the go-to expert for international assignment matters, offering strategic guidance, coaching team members, and enhancing global mobility processes. Responsibilities
- Oversee on-time and compliant outbound and inbound delegations.
- Act as the primary contact for complex delegation cases, providing expert advice.
- Instruct payroll on starting/stopping assignment allowances and processing one-time assignment payments.
- Conduct regular data quality checks to ensure compliance with mobility policies and processes.
- Implement and maintain best-practice approaches to data management, reporting, and documentation.
- Provide strategic insights as the subject matter expert for international assignments.
- Stay current with industry trends, regulatory developments, and best practices in global mobility.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Previous experience in global mobility (outbound/inbound) or international HR.
- Strong understanding of global mobility processes, compliance requirements, and assignment policies.
- Proven experience in training, coaching, or mentoring team members.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Proficient in IT tools such as Outlook and Office 365.
