Overview
We are seeking a Hardware Architect to join a dynamic and innovative technology company developing cutting-edge wireless products. This role involves taking ownership of the entire system, working collaboratively within a small, specialized engineering team. The successful candidate will be expected to integrate various hardware and digital systems, applying their expertise across multiple engineering disciplines to deliver complete solutions from concept to deployment.
Responsibilities
- Own the entire system architecture, ensuring seamless integration of various components.
- Develop and design PCB layouts for high-density multi-layer boards.
- Conduct lab testing, debugging, and measurements to validate system performance.
- Utilize Python or similar scripting for test automation and data analysis.
- Collaborate with engineering team members to solve complex technical challenges.
- Apply RF knowledge within complete systems, contributing to product development.
- Manage hardware integration with digital systems and communication technologies.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of testing and validation processes.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in electronics and systems engineering.
- Strong knowledge of RF systems and their application in product design.
- Hands-on experience with PCB layout and debugging, preferably using Altium.
- Proficiency in Python or similar programming languages for automation and analysis.
- Practical experience in laboratory settings for troubleshooting and system validation.
- Previous involvement with Software Defined Radio (SDR) or complex wireless systems.
- Ability to work effectively within a small, collaborative engineering team.
- Familiarity with Bluetooth product development is advantageous.
