Overview
The Head of Finance Transformation will lead critical finance initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and driving growth within the organization. Working closely with the CFO and senior leadership, the contractor will implement best-in-class finance capabilities, utilizing technology and automation to support decision-making processes. This role requires collaboration with various stakeholders to optimize finance processes and ensure effective project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver the finance transformation roadmap.
- Drive process optimization and operational efficiency across finance.
- Manage large-scale transformation programmes and projects.
- Partner with finance leadership to enhance reporting, controls, and forecasting.
- Lead change management initiatives, ensuring stakeholder engagement and adoption.
- Establish KPIs and track transformation outcomes and value delivery.
- Collaborate with IT and external partners on digital finance initiatives.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in leading large-scale finance transformation projects.
- Qualified ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
- Strong programme and project management capabilities.
- Commercial mindset with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively to deliver effective solutions.
