Overview

We are seeking an experienced HRIS Transformation Programme Manager to oversee the procurement and deployment of a new HR system within a complex, multi-operating company environment. The role focuses on centralizing operations, enhancing efficiency, and improving employee services as the organization undergoes significant transformation. The successful candidate will collaborate with HR, finance, technology leaders, and operational stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition to a new HR operating model.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end HRIS programme from discovery to deployment.
  • Support the transition to a centralized HR operating model.
  • Assess the current HR technology landscape and processes.
  • Select and appoint a new HR platform and implementation partner.
  • Manage core HR functionalities, including payroll and workforce management.
  • Develop and oversee programme governance, budget, and delivery milestones.
  • Build and manage a small delivery team for implementation.
  • Facilitate effective change management and communications.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience leading end-to-end HRIS programmes, including Workday and SuccessFactors.
  • Proven track record in discovery, procurement, vendor selection, implementation, testing, and deployment.
  • Significant experience in payroll transformation and implementation.
  • Experience in complex, multi-entity, private equity-backed organizations.
  • Strong understanding of HR operating model transformation and centralization.
  • Proven ability to manage systems integrators and third-party partners.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, particularly with senior executives.
