Overview
We are seeking an experienced IFS Project Manager to oversee a significant IFS Cloud transformation project within a leading UK manufacturing business. The role involves collaborating with a Systems Integrator to ensure the successful implementation of the IFS Manufacturing module across multiple sites. The Project Manager will establish governance structures and maintain communication with stakeholders throughout the project's lifecycle, ensuring effective delivery and adherence to project timelines.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of the IFS Cloud implementation across multiple manufacturing sites.
- Establish and maintain robust programme governance, including project plans and reporting tools.
- Collaborate with the Systems Integrator, functional consultants, solution architects, and internal SMEs.
- Drive project planning and stakeholder engagement, ensuring timely communication of dependencies and milestones.
- Coordinate business readiness activities such as data migration and user adoption.
- Maintain accurate and audit-ready programme artefacts and documentation.
- Provide regular updates to senior stakeholders, ensuring project momentum and discipline.
Requirements
- Proven experience in delivering IFS Cloud implementation programmes.
- Strong expertise in the IFS Manufacturing module.
- Experience working alongside a Systems Integrator.
- Excellent skills in programme governance, planning, and reporting.
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities with a focus on influencing internal and external parties.
- A structured and collaborative approach with exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience in delivering complex projects utilizing Waterfall or hybrid methodologies.
- Desirable experience with Poka Connected Worker and knowledge of Industrial IoT solutions.
