As an Implementation Project Manager, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of system integrations and implementations for a transformation program within the leisure and hospitality sector. Collaborating with a diverse program team, your role will involve ensuring that new core systems are effectively integrated and operational across multiple platforms, focusing on facilitating communication through APIs and overseeing technological architecture. This position requires coordination with various vendors and internal stakeholders to manage project timelines and deliverables effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the integration and implementation planning across multiple systems.
  • Oversee API and integration architecture decisions alongside technical teams.
  • Coordinate operations among vendors, internal teams, and other workstreams.
  • Manage risks, dependencies, and milestones leading up to go-live.
  • Ensure a smooth transition from project delivery to business-as-usual operations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing system integration and implementation projects.
  • Strong understanding of API architecture and integration technologies.
  • Ability to coordinate complex projects across multiple stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with project governance and risk management processes.
  • Experience in the leisure and hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills to drive project success.
