Overview

The IT Business Partner (HR Transformation) will play a crucial role in supporting a multi-year HR Transformation Program within the FMCG sector. This position involves collaborating with HR and IT leadership to enhance HR processes, improve data quality, and drive technology adoption, thereby acting as a strategic advisor. The contractor will focus on aligning IT solutions with business goals and building strong stakeholder relationships to facilitate transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary interface between IT and the business, ensuring alignment of IT initiatives with business goals.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the business processes and needs within the company.
  • Ensure the delivery of IT solutions that meet business requirements and drive business value.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
  • Support the continuous improvement of business processes and IT systems.
  • Collaborate with IT and Business Leadership to develop and implement solutions that reflect and support the business agenda.
  • Drive the function’s adoption strategy regarding people, process, and technology solutions.
  • Ensure appropriate governance when utilizing third parties.

Requirements

  • Experience of working on large scale HR Transformation or HR Technology programs.
  • Understanding of HR Systems and data (HRIS, payroll, learning, talent and management).
  • Consumer Products Industry experience.
  • Candidates currently in roles such as Business Partner, Business Analyst, IT Analyst, or similar are preferred.
