Overview

We are seeking a proactive ServiceNow Manager or Senior Consultant to oversee the Service Excellence workstream within a major Financial Services regulatory programme. The role focuses on leading the delivery of IT Service Management (ITSM) components, collaborating with business stakeholders to enhance service design and integration across various modules. The ideal candidate will work closely with international teams to drive operational improvements and ensure compliance in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead configuration, design, and implementation of Request, SLA, Knowledge, and Service Desk modules.
  • Shape service design and delivery strategy in collaboration with business stakeholders.
  • Ensure seamless integration and alignment across all ITSM modules.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the regulatory programme.
  • Collaborate with international delivery teams and workstreams.

Requirements

  • 6–15 years of demonstrable, hands-on ServiceNow delivery experience across core ITSM modules.
  • Essential background in Financial Services, particularly within large-scale banking environments.
  • Strong hands-on configuration, service design, and process implementation skills.
  • Ability to manage complexity and deliver effectively across interconnected workstreams.
