Overview
The Information Technology Support Analyst will serve as the primary IT technician for a London office, providing essential technical support to over 50 staff members, including C-level executives. This temporary role is ideal for individuals seeking part-time work during a three-week period, from July 9th to July 30th, focusing on troubleshooting and resolving a variety of IT issues across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for Mac and Windows environments, including Office 365 and VPN services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for users.
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure service continuity.
- Support audiovisual and conference room technologies.
- Act as the main point of contact for IT support in the London office.
- Assist with network and server-related tasks as required.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and user-friendly support experiences.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support, desktop support, or service desk roles.
- Strong knowledge of Mac and Windows operating systems, Office 365, network configurations, and VPN technologies.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to start on July 9th and work on-site Tuesday to Thursday during standard business hours.
