Information Technology Support Engineer

Overview

We are seeking an IT Support Contractor to provide essential technical assistance within a dynamic organization specializing in technology and digital intelligence. The successful candidate will work directly with end-users to ensure seamless operations in a Microsoft environment, troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise. This role is ideal for those who thrive in fast-paced office settings and can operate independently while delivering high-quality support.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to end users onsite.
• Support Windows devices and troubleshoot issues within the Active Directory and Office 365 environments.
• Assist with the administration of Intune and Microsoft Defender.
• Deliver responsive and practical IT support in a busy office environment.
• Ensure smooth internal operations by maintaining reliable IT services.

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT support, desktop support, or service desk roles.
• Strong understanding of Windows, Active Directory, and Office 365.
• Familiarity with Intune and Microsoft Defender.
• Ability to work independently and provide in-person user support.
• Availability to start immediately for a 5-month contract.
