Overview
The Infrastructure Program Manager will be responsible for leading complex, multi-workstream programs with complete ownership of delivery, financial performance, and customer satisfaction. This contract role involves managing project scope, timelines, and performance, while effectively communicating with stakeholders at all organizational levels. The position requires a proactive approach to resolving issues, ensuring continuous improvement, and identifying business growth opportunities within the program.
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement programs comprised of multiple dependent workstreams.
- Ensure overall responsibility for the program's financial performance (P&L).
- Coordinate resource sharing across projects to benefit the overall program.
- Monitor and report on program progress to stakeholders.
- Identify and address risks and issues impeding program progress.
- Ensure adherence to customer satisfaction and SLAs.
- Drive continuous improvement in program value and financial performance.
- Oversee day-to-day delivery across program workstreams as needed.
Requirements
- Project Management training in at least two technology areas is preferred.
- Strong understanding of financial processes and ability to create proformas.
- Experience managing contract modifications and leading negotiations.
- Proven ability to engage with C-suite stakeholders effectively.
- Good understanding of supply chain processes.
- Ability to work independently and track program timelines.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Strong business acumen to articulate program-level communications.
