Overview
The Infrastructure Programme Manager will oversee a portfolio of complex technology transformation programs for a 12-month contract. In this remote role with occasional travel, the contractor will lead initiatives focused on cloud transformation, infrastructure modernization, and identity management. Collaborating closely with project teams and senior stakeholders, the role is crucial for driving strategic change and ensuring effective delivery of infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse portfolio of complex infrastructure projects.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of cloud migration and infrastructure modernization programs.
- Define programme strategy, scope, governance, and benefits realization plans.
- Manage programme budgets, financial forecasting, and risks.
- Provide leadership and direction to Project Managers to meet delivery milestones.
- Partner with various teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, providing timely updates.
Requirements
- Significant experience in delivering multi-stream infrastructure or technology programs.
- Proven expertise in cloud transformation and infrastructure modernization.
- Strong knowledge in programme governance, PMO processes, and risk management.
- Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional teams and project managers.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at the executive level.
- MSP/PMP/Agile certifications are highly desirable.
