Overview
We are seeking an Integration Test Lead with significant CAFM experience to oversee testing activities for a pivotal UK Government contract mobilization project. This remote role involves developing testing strategies, leading execution across various testing phases, and ensuring high-quality delivery while collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. The successful candidate will take charge of both the system and API integration testing and will be responsible for defect management and performance reporting.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all testing activities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Define and implement comprehensive test strategies, plans, and frameworks.
- Oversee System Integration Testing (SIT), API Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and client stakeholders to align testing processes.
- Support UAT preparation, execution, and defect management processes.
- Track project progress utilizing tools such as Azure DevOps.
- Manage defects from identification through resolution and report key trends and issues.
- Provide regular updates and reporting to project boards and leadership teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading testing workstreams in complex IT projects.
- Strong background in application and integration testing.
- Hands-on experience with CAFM/CMMS platforms (e.g., Planon, IBM Maximo, MRI Evolution, FSI Concept).
- Experience in delivering API-based integrations.
- Knowledge of structured testing methodologies and frameworks.
- Familiarity with test management tools such as Azure DevOps.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and effectively manage stakeholders.
