Overview
The Interim Dynamics & Business Change Lead will play a crucial role in facilitating digital and operational transformation within a growing project-based organization. Working closely with senior leadership and operational teams, the contractor will focus on embedding Microsoft Dynamics and optimizing business processes, ensuring that systems deliver tangible business value. This is a hands-on position requiring close engagement with stakeholders and a strategic approach to change management.
Responsibilities
- Own the embedding and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics across the organization.
- Translate system implementations into practical, measurable workflows.
- Lead a business change program focused on user adoption and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to refine processes and improve data quality.
- Establish governance and operational discipline across workflows.
- Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels to facilitate change.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business change, digital transformation, or systems adoption initiatives.
- Strong skills in business analysis and process mapping.
- Experience embedding systems and processes within growing organizations.
- Ability to engage stakeholders from executive to operational levels.
- Hands-on approach with a focus on delivery and execution.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Desirable: Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP platforms.
- Desirable: Exposure to project accounting and reporting frameworks, including Power BI.
