Overview
We are seeking an experienced Interim ERP/MRP Project Implementation Manager to lead a key transformation project for a consumer goods manufacturing business. In this role, you will drive the deployment of cloud-based ERP solutions to enhance manufacturing operations and improve direct-to-consumer sales. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to streamline production workflows, optimize inventory management, and ensure effective integration of sales platforms with the ERP system.
Responsibilities
- Manage project lifecycles and system configuration from initial analysis to post-production support.
- Enforce project governance by tracking budgets and managing risks.
- Lead end-to-end implementations of the cloud ERP platform, focusing on manufacturing and commerce solutions.
- Map manufacturing workflows to accommodate high-frequency, smaller-batch B2C orders.
- Integrate sales and e-commerce platforms to ensure synchronization of pricing and stock levels.
- Optimize inventory management across multiple warehouses and production sites.
- Configure system automated workflows to improve efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of ERP project management experience.
- 2-3 years of hands-on implementation experience in cloud-based systems such as Acumatica or similar (e.g., Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Proven background in manufacturing environments with knowledge of time-phased MRP and capacity planning.
- Strong understanding of B2C logistics, payment processing, and customer data management.
- Active Acumatica certifications in Manufacturing Suite or Commerce Suite are highly desirable.
- Certifications in PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile methodologies are preferred.
