Requirements
- Proven experience as a Finance Director or similar role in a growing organization.
- Strong expertise in building finance functions from the ground up.
- Background in project-based or contract-driven environments.
- Experience in cost management and long-term contract accounting.
- Proficiency in producing management accounts and financial reporting.
- Ability to influence senior leaders and contribute to strategic discussions.
- Experience mentoring finance professionals is preferred.
