Overview
The Interim Finance Manager will oversee full end-to-end P&L responsibilities for a SaaS subsidiary, ensuring accurate financial reporting and adherence to financial processes. This role involves collaboration with both finance teams and management to prepare financial statements, manage commercial pricing changes, and support the year-end audit process. The position offers a hybrid working arrangement with an expectation of on-site presence a couple of days a week.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end P&L account and balance sheet management.
- Prepare month-end financial statements for profit and loss and balance sheet.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Post journals and conduct balance sheet reconciliations for month-end tasks.
- Develop spreadsheets, reports, and correspondence as needed.
- Support the year-end audit process effectively.
- Handle all commercial price changes and associated activities.
Requirements
- Qualified ACCA, ICAEW, or CIMA.
- 3-5 years of post-qualified experience in finance management.
- Strong understanding of P&L management and balance sheet reconciliation.
- Experience with financial statements, journals, accruals, and depreciation.
- Solid knowledge of end-to-end financial processes and controls.
- Excellent double-entry bookkeeping skills.
