Overview
This Interim Financial Controller role is a key position within a rapidly expanding deep tech company preparing for a public exit. The contractor will work closely with the CFO and Board to facilitate PCAOB audits, lead the implementation of an ERP system, and oversee various projects aimed at elevating the finance function to public company standards. This role requires immediate availability and expertise in navigating IPO readiness processes.

- Initiate and oversee PCAOB audit processes.
- Lead the evaluation and implementation of an ERP system.
- Manage long-term financial projects in preparation for public company standards.
- Collaborate with the CFO and Board on strategic finance initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with IPO readiness requirements.
- Provide insights based on previous experience in financial control and public listings.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Financial Controller with exposure to PCAOB audit requirements.
- Demonstrated track record of leading ERP implementations from evaluation to go-live.
- In-depth knowledge of IPO and public listing processes.
- Ability to work effectively on high-stakes, long-term financial projects.
- Immediate availability for engagement.
