Overview

The Interim FP&A Analyst will play a critical role in supporting a fast-growing multisite business with complex cross-site analysis projects. Collaborating closely with the CFO and senior leaders, this independent position requires the analyst to deliver actionable insights derived from large data sets while communicating effectively with stakeholders across various departments. Occasional travel to the office may be necessary for this predominantly remote role.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-site analysis to assess performance metrics and identify trends.
  • Translate complex data into clear insights for financial and non-financial stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present detailed financial reports to senior management.
  • Support ad-hoc scenario modeling as required.
  • Assist in M&A activities by providing analytical support.
  • Develop and maintain financial models for strategic initiatives.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify variances and trends.
  • Collaborate with department heads on budget management and financial performance.

Requirements

  • Must be accounting qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent).
  • Prior experience in a multisite environment is essential.
  • Experience within Transactional Services at a Big 10 practice is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in handling large data sets.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting findings to diverse stakeholders.
