Overview
We are seeking an experienced Interim Human Resources Business Partner to support a leading organisation in the space sector during a critical period of growth and transformation. This role involves collaboration with the UK HR Director and working alongside business leaders to implement strategic HR initiatives and manage day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will influence key people initiatives and drive continuous improvement within a dynamic and technical environment.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategy with business goals.
- Support the growing UK workforce with operational HR needs.
- Deliver HR projects while contributing to organisational change.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with UK employment law.
- Establish strong stakeholder relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Drive continuous improvement in HR practices and processes.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as an HR Business Partner.
- Experience within engineering, aerospace, defence, or a similar regulated environment.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and employee relations.
- Proven ability to deliver HR projects and support change initiatives.
- Experience in policy development and implementation.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- CIPD Level 5 or Level 7 qualification is required.
