The Interim iTrent HRIS Support Specialist will be pivotal in managing and optimizing the iTrent HRIS system for our client. The role involves delivering detailed HR reporting and analytics, supporting strategic decision-making through technology-driven insights. The specialist will work in a hybrid environment, collaborating closely with the HR function at the Head Office to maximize the effectiveness of the HRIS.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and support the iTrent HRIS system and its functionalities.
  • Deliver comprehensive HR reporting and analytics to aid decision-making.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to enhance processes through iTrent.
  • Provide technical support and training to HR staff on the system.
  • Identify and implement enhancements within the HRIS for operational efficiency.
  • Ensure data integrity and effective data management across the HRIS.

Requirements

  • Proven experience with iTrent HRIS or similar HRIS systems.
  • Strong understanding of data management and analytics principles.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver effective HR reporting and insights.
  • Experience working in transformational HR environments.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work setting.
