The Interim Product Owner will play a pivotal role in driving a digital transformation journey for a globally recognized art gallery. Working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and end users, the Product Owner will define and prioritize initiatives that align with the gallery’s strategic goals, particularly focusing on CRM and PIM systems. This role requires strong collaboration and leadership to ensure the successful delivery of digital product enhancements.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the digital product roadmap across all platforms, focusing on CRM and PIM systems.
  • Lead discovery, planning, and delivery of new digital features and enhancements.
  • Drive alignment across stakeholders from finance to IT to executive leadership.
  • Monitor performance post-launch and continuously improve the solution.
  • Ensure systems meet regulatory and operational requirements.
  • Champion Agile methodologies throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner in art galleries, auction houses, museums, or similar fields.
  • Experience managing CRM and PIM systems.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience with system integration, IT infrastructure, and software development projects.
