Overview
We are looking for an experienced Interim Project Support professional to join a private equity-backed renewable energy business on a fractional basis. In this role, you will work closely with the COO to drive operational and finance-focused projects, ensuring alignment and accountability across various teams. Your contributions will be essential in managing integration efforts and achieving key milestones in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support to the COO on operational and strategic priorities.
- Establish and manage project governance, timelines, and reporting for initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, and leadership teams to keep projects on track.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, driving accountability among stakeholders.
- Assist with post-merger integration activities and relevant reporting.
- Coordinate workflows across the business to ensure aligned priorities.
- Generate clear reports and updates for the executive team and private equity stakeholders as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in stakeholder management, especially with C-suite executives.
- Strong communication and reporting skills with a focus on tracking project progress.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate dispersed teams.
- Experience in finance projects, operational change, or business transformation.
- Financially literate with excellent reporting and presentation capabilities.
- Previous exposure to post-merger integration programs is a plus but not required.
- Highly organized with a delivery-focused approach, capable of structuring fast-paced environments.
