Overview
We are seeking an experienced Shares Platform Implementation Consultant to lead the implementation of a new equity management system, specifically looking for expertise with Ledgy or similar platforms. The consultant will collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure technical and operational requirements are met, streamline processes, and provide training and support throughout the rollout. This role is well-suited for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, particularly within Private Equity-backed organizations.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and configuration of the new shares and equity platform.
- Partner with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver a fit-for-purpose solution.
- Manage data migration, testing, and validation to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Develop and deliver training and documentation for key users.
- Ensure alignment with company governance and compliance requirements.
- Act as the subject matter expert on equity management throughout the implementation.
- Collaborate with external vendors to troubleshoot issues.
- Support timely delivery of the project milestones.
Requirements
- Proven experience implementing Ledgy or similar equity management systems.
- Strong understanding of share plans and equity programmes.
- Previous experience in a Private Equity-backed business is essential.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
